Welcome to my blog on how to get healthy and stay there. For many this process is long and difficult and painful. My job is to make it easier!
Much of my job as a healthcare and fitness professional involves problem solving with my clients to overcome hurdles they encounter which keep them from reaching their goals. This blog is inspired by that problem solving.
I'll be detailing the tips and tricks that I have discovered over the years to help people along their journey toward better health and fitness. I'll post recipes to show you that eating healthy does not have to mean bland tasteless food, and I'll even post photos of my food to go along with the recipes.
